FotoFest 2006 - Participating Spaces
A Participating Space
is any venue, from museums to commercial galleries to office buildings,
restaurants and warehouses, that choose to exhibit photographic art to coincide
with the FotoFest Biennial. Participating Spaces have the benefit of being a
part of the United States' oldest and longest-running photographic event,
including listings in its Map, Calendar and other promotional materials,
(distributed at locations throughout the city), for free. Additionally, entries
in the FotoFest Biennial Catalogue, the official publication of the event are
made available to Participating Spaces at cost price.
FotoFest will publish the general Biennial announcement postcard in late 2005
or early 2006. We will be continually updating the FotoFest web site in the
interim. A preliminary listing of Participating Spaces and links will be posted
on the web site in June 2005. 35,000 copies of the citywide Event and Exhibit
Maps will be printed in late February-early March 2006 and will be mailed
nationally and internationally. Listings on the map and calendar are free to
Participating Spaces.
If you are interested in being a Participating Space during the FotoFest 2006
Biennial, please let us know by March 15, 2005 by filling out the form below.
