2006 Meeting Place Portfolio Review Registration
The online registration form below must be completed, printed and sent to FotoFest by mail or fax.
To use the form, fill out the boxes below and click the "REVIEW AND PRINT" button at the end. Review your information, print the page and fax or mail it to FotoFest by July 14, 2005.
REGISTRATION FORMS MUST BE SIGNED TO BE PROCESSED
No phone, e-mail, or walk-in registrations will be accepted.
FotoFest will begin processing Meeting Place registrations on July 14, 2005 .
On July 14, 2005, if FotoFest has NOT received more Meeting Place registrations than we have spaces, registration forms will be processed in the order they are received in the FotoFest office.
On July 14, 2005, if FotoFest HAS received more Meeting Place registration forms than we have spaces, we will conduct a lottery for all Meeting Place registrants.
Meeting Place forms received after July 14, 2005 will be processed or placed on the waiting list in the order they arrive in the FotoFest office.
FotoFest will make all attempts to confirm Meeting Place and Workshop registrations by the end of July.
Confirmations will be sent after your check has cleared or your credit card charges have been processed and approved.
International Meeting Place Portfolio Reviews: March 10-23, 2006 IMPORTANT: Registrations will be processed starting July 14, 2005. Refunds will be offered until January 3, 2006 for the Meeting Place (minus $100 administrative fee). Refunds will not be available after that date.
Workshops: March 14 or March 19, 2006 IMPORTANT: You may register for a workshop even if you are not registered for the Meeting Place Portfolio Review. Refunds will be offered until January 3, 2006 for the Workshop(minus $30 administrative fee). Refunds will not be available after that date.
