From March 2-10, 2002, The Meeting Place was held
at the Student Center at Rice University. The
University is located in Houston's Museum District with
easy access to hotels, restaurants and other FotoFest
events.
From March 12-15, 2002, the Meeting Place was
held in the Warwick Hotel ballroom located in
the heart of the Museum District.

Meeting Place registrants were invited to opening
festivities, exhibition receptions and other activities.
In addition to the formal portfolio reviews, there was
plenty of time for informal networking and meetings
with other photographers. Upon arrival at the Meeting
Place, registrants were provided with a complimentary
copy of our Reviewer Bio Booklet to assist them in becoming familiar
with participating portfolio reviewers.
