FotoFest sponsors one of the world’s most respected photographic arts
events, the citywide International Biennial of Photography and
Photo-Related Art.
FotoFest 2004, took
place March 12 to April 12, 2004.
Between the biennials, FotoFest sponsors and
collaborates with other organizations for exhibitions, symposia,
lectures and community events throughout the year.

Inter-Biennial
Exhibits & Events
FotoFest its taken part of the Houston art world
and its Housto-based Biennial to Samara, Russia.
In Spring 2003 FotoFest presented two exhibitions:
Romualdo García, Portraits from Mexico
1905-1914, and The Photographic Eye, work
by three young Central European photographers.
