REGISTRATION IS OPEN

FotoFest and ArtCrawl come together to offer the public a bike tour of the ArtCrawl!

The Bike Scramble visits several studio spaces and receives tours with local artists and curators. Starting at FotoFest Headquarters at 9:45am, the ride continues until about 4:00pm. Ride the whole day or join us on the route - the tour is modular (pick and choose when you want to ride). 

Bicycle rental is available with prior reservation

This leisurely ride is designed for riders age 10+ and at all skill levels, but riders should be familiar with basic bicycle operation and safety. Please check the condition of your bicycle before the ride, sag support is available, but is limited.

All participants are required to complete a Registration Form and Waiver

Water
Sunscreen
Camera (optional but encouraged)

Participants are required to wear helmets.


NEED A BIKE? RENT A BIKE!

FotoFest is partnering with the Houston 
B-Cycle
 program for this year's Bike Scramble. You will be able to rent a bike for 24hrs for $5.00. The bikes can be picked up at the FotoFest Gallery on the day of the ride and returned to the Houston B-cycle bike kiosk on Market Square in Downtown Houston. Riders must present the credit card they used to reserve the bike upon pickup at FotoFest on the moning of the ride.

The Collector’s Eye is an ongoing exhibition series highlighting the photographic collections of interesting and important personalities. The 2012 Collector's Eye exhibition is the second in the series and focuses on lawyer, artist, curator and collector Frazier King.
