Rudolf Scheutle is currently curating exhibitions of contemporary art and photography at Münchner Stadtmuseum (Munich Municipal Museum). The photography collection within the Municipal Museum of Munich was founded in 1961, and has one of the most important collections in Europe. The museum usually mounts around 4-5 exhibitions per year.

Mr. Scheutle also teaches the History of Photography at the Hochschule München, the University of Applied Sciences in Munich. He has written numerous publications and has organized exhibitions on photography and contemporary art.

Mr. Scheutle is interested in reviewing innovative and creative photography-based contemporary art that extend the boundaries of current photographic practice.
